ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

In accordance with its commitment to provide safe, quality-oriented and productive services to its customers and maintain a safe environment in general, Hamaal has a zero-tolerance policy for certain prohibited activities of its driver partners ("You").

This is applicable to Hamaal Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates ("HAMAAL")'s driver partners.

HAMAAL has zero tolerance towards the following, including but not limited to:

1. Any violations of applicable law;

2. Any breaches of our terms and conditions and policies as applicable to you;

3. Any fraudulent or suspicious or mala fide activities while transporting products;

4. Any damages, losses or destructions caused during transport that is solely attributable to you due to the violation of this Zero Tolerance policy on use of Alcohol and Drugs;

5. During the course of your performance of work or presence at any HAMAAL office or presence at any customer location, you are strictly prohibited from:

i. Using, possessing, inducing, buying, selling, manufacturing or dispensing an illegal or prohibited drug (to include possession of drug paraphernalia) (including any drugs under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985), alcohol, cigarette, vape, cigar, hookah, nicotine substances, related substances or any other related products;

ii. Being under the influence of alcohol or an illegal drug or the products mentioned above under clause 5(i) as defined in this policy;

iii. Possessing or consuming alcohol or the products mentioned above under clause 5(i) as defined in this policy.

You agree that you confirm that you shall not, at any point in time, engage in the above prohibited activities during the course of business.

This is because, inter alia, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or other substances mentioned hereinabove can seriously impair an individual's judgement and reactions leading to an increased risk of accidents and injuries occurring and can affect performance and behaviour.

The presence of any detectable amount of any illegal drug, illegal controlled substance or alcohol in your system, while during the course of your business, is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you are subject to testing or searches based on, but not limited to, observations of apparent use, possession or impairment of the above prohibited products. HAMAAL shall inform you prior to undertaking such testing or searches.

In the event you are found to be engaging in any prohibited activity, HAMAAL reserves the right to, immediately, take actions including but not limited to, debar you from the usage of the HAMAAL platform, delist you as a driver partner, and/or report to regulatory authorities. HAMAAL's decision in this regard is final.
